I designed time ago this mesh to use it on my miniatures, so I thought it could be useful for you too.
 
Miniatures use a different and particular head, hands and feet proportion, so I focus on that points to get a nice anatomy for 75mm miniature size, but it really may cover easily from 54mm to 90mm. The mesh has 5 subdivision levels and polygroups to work on low poly and make selecting parts easier to pose the figure.
 
The ZTL file was exported from ZBrush 2019.1.2, so lower versions of the program could have issues to open the file. Be sure to use the same or newest ZBrush version.
